Ivy was the wedding planner for our wedding in August 2025.  While we hired her as a month-of-coordinator, she stepped in and provided full support prior to the wedding and we felt like she was always there to help us.  Throughout our 9 month wedding planning process, Ivy was amazing!  She knows so many vendor contacts in Charlotte, NC and was always able to provide recommendations.  In addition, Ivy was attentive, timely with responses and most importantly took the initiative and helped take stress away from us during the wedding planning process. As for the day of the wedding, Ivy and her team were amazing!  Just like with any wedding, there were certain things that went sideways or things that were behind schedule.  Ivy and her team never brought those issues to us and simply jumped in and took care of it.  That is the true value of a great wedding planner.  I can't say enough about her ability to step in and most importantly do what is right!   Finally, I would like to say that Ivy's support did not end when the wedding finished.  Post the wedding day, she has reached out multiple times to see how things were going and we truly appreciate that.  I've been to quite a few Indian weddings in Charlotte, NC and I can definitively say based on my personal experience, Ivy is the best wedding planner in Charlotte and also the best and most knowledgeable wedding planner for South Asian Weddings.   Ivy, thanks again for making our dream day amazing and thank you for being you and thank you for being the true definition of what a wedding planner should be!
