The Ultimate Veiling Wedding Package

Complete Wedding coordination from beginning to end. This is for the busy couple that needs someone dedicated to planning the entire wedding.

Phase I

  • Initial Consultation
  • Up to 5 Planning sessions
  • Unlimited phone and e-mail consultations
  • Customized wedding consulting
  • Budget Development and management
  • Develop time line and monthly checklist
  • Assistance with wedding theme and decor
  • Assistance with locating, setting appointment for and walk through of ceremony and reception site
  • Assistance with Bridal Gown selection and fitting
  • Assistance with Bridal Party attire selection and fitting
  • Assistance with Invitation selection and etiquette

Phase II
  • Unlimited Vendor Referrals
  • Setup and attend all vendor meeting to include:
    • Photographers
    • Videographers
    • Pastry Chef
    • Caterers
    • Transportation
    • Rental Services
    • Entertainment (band.DJ)
    • Florist and Floral Design
    • Linens
    • Etc
  • Negotiate and review all vendor contracts
  • Assistance with guest hotel accommodations
  • Unlimited e-mail assistance for Bridal Party
  • Assistance with Bridal luncheons and showers
  • Silky Groom Package
  • 40% discount on all wedding stationary and accessories from The Silk Veil/Carlson craft
Phase III
  • Assistance in obtaining legal documents 
  • Final Vendor Confirmations
  • Develop itinerary for wedding party
  • Develop itinerary for vendor, discuss with vendor via phone/email and distribute to vendors 
  • Wedding Director, Rehearsal Coordination (up to 2 hrs as follows)
  • Assemble wedding party at altar. Review positioning of wedding party, props, decor and chairs
  • Rehearse how Bride and Groom will meet and take their place at the altar
  • Reassemble wedding party at starting positions for processional and rehearse the seating of mother and honored guest and then the processional
  • Practice all ceremonial gestures such as candle ceremony
  • Rehearse Ring Exchange and Wedding Vows
  • Rehearse Recessional. Discuss the meeting location for after the recessional for signing the license, etc
  • Meet and review with Ushers how to greet and seat the guest
  • Meet with honor attendants on their duties for the day
  • Discuss cues needed for starting the processional
  • Discuss with the wedding party the time everyone is expected to arrive for the ceremony
  • Answer any final questions
  • Assistance with Rehearsal dinner
  • Discussion with maid of Honor, Best man and Groomsmen of their duties
  • Deliver necessary final payments to vendors
  • Collect any and all items from wedding party needed for venue setup(Candles, photographs, guest book, pens, linens, chair covers and sashes, wedding favors, toasting glasses, cake serving set, programs, menus,place cards, etc)

Phase IV

  • Wake up call for Bride and Groom
  • Management of Wedding team
  • Undivided to the bride, groom, parents and wedding party
  • Oversee and assist with proper setup of ceremony and reception site
  • Distribute wedding party flowers and boutonnieres and assist with application
  • Processional and Recessional coordination (Wedding Director, see below)
  • Ceremony cleanup (removal of personal belongings of wedding party and secure at reception site)
  • Assist Photographer in gathering wedding party
  • Assist DJ/MC in keeping a steady, comfortable reception flow
  • Maintain reception flow of events
  • Grand Entrance coordination
  • Make certain that guest receive any assistance needed
  • Make sure parents and special guest are catered to
  • Grand departure coordination
  • Collect gifts and required items and secure with client(s) or with allocated person
  • Post wedding returns (within reason)
  • 2 Assistant Coordinators (depending on size of party)
  • On site wedding kit

A Little Silk Wedding Package

Partial wedding coordination for the couple that has already started planning their wedding but need assistance.

 

  • Initial Consultation
  • Unlimited e-mail and phone consultations
  • Up to 3 Planning sessions
  • Up to 3 referrals per vendor
  • Assistance with budget management
  • Monthly checklist and time line
  • Review vendor contracts
  • Ceremony and reception site tour with floor plan layout
  • Attend final Bridal Gown fittings
  • Final Vendor Confirmations
  • Develop itinerary for vendors, discuss with vendor via phone/email and distribute to vendors 
  • Develop itinerary for wedding party
  • Assistance with Rehearsal dinner
  • Discussion with Maid of Honor, Best man, and Groomsmen of their duties
